What Information We Collect
Mobile Phone Number
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Wisetechy Solutions, we collect your mobile phone number. This number is collected when you:
- Text START or another keyword to our SMS-enabled number
- Check the SMS consent box on our website forms
- Provide verbal consent to a Wisetechy Solutions representative
- Submit your phone number through our contact forms with SMS consent
Message Content
We store the content of SMS messages you send to us and that we send to you for the following purposes:

- Mobile Carriers: Your wireless carrier (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) as necessary to deliver messages
- Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Secure data storage providers (Microsoft Azure, AWS) where message records are stored
Important Protections:
- All service providers are bound by contracts that prohibit them from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us

Right to Opt Out
You have an absolute right to opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message

We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days as required by the 2025 FCC regulations. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent (except the opt-out confirmation).
California Residents - CCPA Rights

Children's Privacy
