Google Services and Analytics

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to analyze website traffic and usage patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about your use of our services.

We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2 to respect your privacy choices. This means:

  • Analytics data collection is adjusted based on your consent
  • Advertising features (including the Meta Pixel) are off until you opt in through our cookie banner, for visitors in every region
  • Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal are treated as having opted out of analytics and advertising unless you choose otherwise in our cookie banner
  • IP anonymization is enabled by default
  • Data retention is set to the minimum required period (14 months)
  • User-ID tracking is only enabled with your consent

Google Ads and Remarketing

If you consent to advertising cookies, we may use Google Ads remarketing to show you relevant advertisements on other websites. You can opt out of Google's use of cookies by visiting the Google Ad Settings page.

For more information about how Google uses data, please visit Google's Privacy Policy.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) on our website. The Meta Pixel is an analytics tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. that allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand the actions people take on our website, and deliver more relevant ads. The Meta Pixel does not load unless you opt in to advertising cookies through our cookie banner. If you opt in, the Meta Pixel collects data about your activity, including:

  • Pages you visit and content you view on our website (ViewContent events)
  • Form submissions, including contact inquiries and newsletter sign-ups (Lead, Contact, and CompleteRegistration events)
  • Appointment scheduling and booking requests (Schedule events)
  • Searches performed within our knowledge base (Search events)
  • Service location pages you visit (FindLocation events)
  • Quote requests and service interest (Lead events)
  • Your device information and browser type
  • Your IP address (which may be used to determine approximate location)
  • Information from cookies placed on your device by Meta

These standard events help us understand how visitors interact with our website, measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, and optimize our services. No passwords, financial information, or sensitive personal data is sent to Meta through these events.

This data may be used by Meta to provide measurement services to us, and to serve you targeted advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and across its Audience Network. Meta processes this data in accordance with its own Data Policy. You can manage your ad preferences and opt out of interest-based advertising through your Facebook Ad Settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page.

HubSpot Analytics

We use HubSpot's website analytics, including its click-event (behavioral) tracking, to understand how visitors use our site. HubSpot's tracking script collects data about your activity, including:

  • Pages you visit and time spent on each page
  • Clicks on links, buttons, and other page elements (behavioral click tracking)
  • Referring website and traffic source
  • Your device, browser type, and approximate location (from your IP address)
  • A unique visitor identifier stored in a HubSpot cookie, which is used to recognize repeat visits

If you submit one of our forms, HubSpot ties your prior anonymous browsing activity (collected via that visitor identifier) to your contact record, so we can see which pages you viewed before reaching out. This category of tracking is treated as an analytics cookie in our consent banner: HubSpot's script is not loaded until you grant analytics consent (or, for visitors outside the EU/EEA/UK, unless you opt out). For more information about how HubSpot processes this data, see HubSpot's Privacy Policy.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for money. We may share your information with:
