Specific services are governed by separate service agreements. These Terms apply to your general use of our website and preliminary interactions with our company.

Eligibility

• Consent Required: You must opt in by texting START, checking the SMS consent box on our forms, or providing verbal consent
• Age Requirement: You must be 18 or older to use our SMS service
• Message Frequency: Varies based on support needs; typical customers receive 2-10 messages per month

• Late payments may incur interest charges
• You are responsible for all taxes related to your purchases
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content
• Warranties against viruses or harmful components

While we strive to provide excellent cybersecurity services, we cannot guarantee complete protection against all threats or that security breaches will never occur.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wisetechy Solutions, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through our services (including SMS messages)
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

SMS Opt-Out: Opting out of SMS messages does not terminate your other service agreements, but terminates only the SMS communication channel.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our services.
